To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Tracking FAQ

After the order has been paid for, we will strive to process it within 24 to 72 hours. The time required for production and shipping will depend on the types of products you have selected, and this will be clearly outlined in our Shipping Policy. All orders will be completed within a maximum of 21 days.

The tracking number will only be active after the order has been handed over to the shipping company. If your order has been marked as shipped but the tracking number is still not active, please contact us at support@thegatestores.com for immediate assistance.

You will receive a notification with the tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
